David is a highly regarded facilitator in the industry, backed by an extensive network of corporate clients and a career spanning over 40 years.

Beginning his journey in carpentry and shopfitting for a national retail group, he later transitioned into the industrial sector during the rise of concrete tilt-up construction. David then spent over 20 years with Australia’s largest private property developer before seizing the opportunity to establish CTFD Group Pty Ltd, where he has served as Managing Director for the past 21 years.

As the leader of CTFD Group, David oversees daily operations, ensuring the right project teams are in place to deliver quality outcomes and client satisfaction. His hands-on experience allows him to offer innovative solutions that are rarely seen in the industry.
